Camden Property Trust (NYSE:CPT) today announced that it will hold an
Investor/Analyst Meeting in Houston, TX on Monday, October 4, 2010. The
Company plans to discuss key operating strategies, current apartment
market trends, Camden’s current and future development projects, and its
Houston, TX apartment portfolio.

Camden also re-affirmed its earnings guidance for 2010. Full-year 2010
Funds from Operations (“FFO”) is expected to be $2.58 to $2.70 per
diluted share, and full-year 2010 Earnings per Share (“EPS”) is expected
to be $0.06 to $0.18 per diluted share.
