Cindy Scharringhausen oversees Camden's talent acquisition and learning, employee relations, benefits, compensation, and inclusion and diversity. Cindy is responsible for connecting and developing team members to ensure Working Excellence. During Cindy's tenure, Camden has been recognized as one of the 100 Best Companies to Work For® by FORTUNE magazine for 15 consecutive years.
Before joining Camden, Cindy served as Vice President of Human Resources at Dubuis Health System.
Cindy has been a featured speaker and panelist for multiple industry organizations and conferences, including the National Multifamily Housing Council, National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT), and is a member of NAREIT's Social Responsibility Council. Cindy received her BSBA from the Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. She is currently serving on the Board for Legacy Community Health Services.
