Kim Callahan serves as the primary point of contact for Camden's investors and analysts and manages all investor communications. She joined Camden in 1996 and previously served as its Director and Vice President of Finance. Kim has consistently been named by Institutional Investor as one of the top Investor Relations Professionals in the REIT Sector and has also been recognized for having one of the best Investor Relations programs in the industry.
Before joining Camden, Kim was a Financial Analyst in the Corporate Property Division of First Interstate Bank and served as a Management Consultant for PwC.
Kim is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute, National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts, and received her BA in Economics and Managerial Studies from Rice University.
