Bill Sengelmann oversees Camden's Real Estate Investment activities, including development, acquisitions, and dispositions. Under Bill's leadership, he has led the team in the development, acquisition, and disposition of 82,000 multifamily units with a value in excess of $20 billion.
Bill began his real estate career with American General Investment Corporation and NorthMarq Capital, where he originated debt and equity transactions throughout the United States.
Bill has been a speaker and panelist for numerous local industry organizations, including the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC). Bill received his BBA from The University of Texas at Austin.
