Corporate Governance

Corporate Accounting, Internal Accounting Controls or Auditing Matters

We have established two avenues for reporting concerns regarding corporate accounting, internal accounting controls, or auditing matters. These reporting avenues are designed to provide a communication pathway for employees and others who have concerns about the conduct of Camden or any of its trust managers, officers or employees, specifically with respect to the company's corporate accounting, internal accounting controls, or auditing matters.

Such concerns may be communicated in a confidential or anonymous manner to the company's 24/7 corporate accounting and auditing hotline, which will refer the matter to designated management personnel at Camden and the Chairman of the Board's Audit Committee.

The company uses a third-party service provider to offer a simple, anonymous way to confidentially report concerns. The website and telephone number are available 24 hours every day.

Camden's Corporate Accounting and Auditing Hotline may be reached at:

(800) 963-5834*
www.camden.ethicspoint.com

Camden prohibits retaliation against any person who honestly reports a concern about illegal or unethical conduct.

Alternatively you may contact Toni Weinstein of the law firm of Dentons US LLP. If appropriate Ms. Weinstein will communicate all concerns brought to her attention directly and confidentially to the Board's Audit Committee Chair. Ms. Weinstein may be contacted at: Toni Weinstein, Dentons US LLP, 2000 McKinney Avenue, Suite 1900, Dallas, TX 75201-1858, 214-647-2488, toni.weinstein@dentons.com
